Role: Sales Operations Manager

Work Area: Consulting and Professional Services

Employment Type: Permanent Full Time

Expected Travel (Based on Project needs):20-30%

Location: US-California & Toronto- Canada (Hybrid)

Compensation: USD 80,000 - USD110,000 + Bonus

What will your day look like?

  • Directly collaborate and support Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing and Delivery teams
  • Responsible for commission calculation on a quarterly basis
  • Create monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for business reviews
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce and Salesforce reporting functionality
  • Solid experience with business planning and structured data analysis
  • A desire to constantly improve. You think in terms of scale and build with automation and repeatable processes
  • Knowledge of ERP/SAP & Kimble a bonus
  • Create a clear and concise platform to manage sales performance that is visible and reportable
  • Define and own metric reporting & Salesforce dashboards to drive data driven business decisions and improve performance
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of market dynamics such as market share, customers, competitors, industry trends and growth projections in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Ensure processes and systems scale with a rapidly growing sale organization

Skills and attributes for success:

  • 5-10 years of sales operations experience within Professional Services
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce and Salesforce reporting functionality
  • Solid experience with business planning and structured data analysis
  • A desire to constantly improve. You think in terms of scale and build with automation and repeatable processes
  • Knowledge of ERP/SAP & Kimble a bonus
