The Sales Professionals primary role is to maximize revenue and profit through effective sales management and customer support. Also responsible for creating new business opportunities by carefully executing market outlook and advanced display technology analysis in accordance with companys product roadmap readiness. This position requires exercise of discretion and independent judgment.


Responsibility:


  • Sales Management

- Overall sales management and customer support

- Mass production volume management

- Rolling Plan management: monthly/yearly sales goal setting and execution

- Forecast and production management

- Sales achievement: maximize revenue and gross profit


  • Customer Support

- Communicate directly with customers on a daily basis (conf. call, face-to-face meeting)

- Devise and develop strategic relationships with customers

- Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty

- Understand and follow up on customers needs and work with corresponding teams find and provide appropriate solutions

- Resolve issues as they arise (clarify customers requirements)


  • New Business Initiation

- Initiate and participate in daily/quarterly business reviews with customers to learn and identify customers strategies and objectives to align current and future product line up

- Align companys product/tech. readiness with customers end products

- Proactively participate in communication from product design concept, manufacturing process, managing prototypes/ development samples to mass production

- Arrange and participate in Business, Promotion, and Technology alignment meetings.

- Build a strategic business relationship by setting up and coordinating both companies top management-level meetings


  • Technology Leadership

- Study and maintain in depth knowledge of company products, IT products, and market trend

- Market Research: in-depth IT product knowledge, market trend, learning strategic biz approach


  • Comply with the companys policy and procedures
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Expected base salary: $65,000 ~ $100,000

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience
  • Bachelors degree (Masters preferred)
  • Authorized to work for any U.S. employer
  • Bilingual in English/Korean preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills
  • Sales management skills
  • Travel required: ~ 20%
