SALES PROJECT MANAGER WATERPROOFING DIVISION

A Sales Project Manager is a professional in charge should set up the team and run the new division at Kalliyath Group. He/she should manage the entire division with keen attention. They set goals for their team and produce monthly forecasting reports to see how well they're doing in achieving those targets and budgets based on what's happening with revenue streams so that everything runs smoothly from month to month.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Need strong experience in New Product Launch and Market Development for the new product.
  • Strong market knowledge of existing and potential clients to ensure businessgrowth opportunities aligned to companys strategic plans.
  • Ensure that the project delivered on-time, within scope and within budget as per the management.
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress for the new product.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
  • Adequate experience and knowledge needed for the Channel Distribution and project handling.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed. Also manage the MIS for the management.
  • Perform risk management to minimize the risk related to the new product in the market.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with the reputed dealers, distributors and major contractors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Responsible formeeting the sales targetsof the organization through effective planning and budgeting. Ensure team activities are monitored daily.
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Drive to provide overall product value and formulate the policies based on customer needs. Developing and maintain a proper Customer Care team.
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands companys customer base and increase expectancy level of the company.
  • Perform market research and segmentation strategy and develop new areas/state to introduce company's product.
  • Puts Product / technical knowledge to commercial use and prepares estimates and tenders in accordance with sales and pricing policy, Improving the knowledge base of the entire team.
  • Identify and implements various strategies and plans for attracting more customers/dealers. Identify and resolve gaps in customer expectations versus actual company level.
