Nextep, an industry-leading Professional Employer Organization (PEO) is currently seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Rep to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for alternative medicine and a proven track record in sales. At Nextep, we pride ourselves on providing top-notch benefits, risk & compliance, payroll services, and human resources expertise to small and medium-sized businesses nationwide. As a Sales Rep, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of the company and expanding our reach into the alternative medicine industry. This position will require an individual who is a self-starter, has the ability to build relationships, and can effectively communicate the benefits of our services to prospective clients. Responsibilities - Develop new sales opportunities in the alternative medicine industry
- Identify and qualify leads by researching businesses in the industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Deliver engaging presentations and proposals to prospective clients
- Manage the entire sales cycle from identifying leads to closing business
- Continuously update and manage CRM database with accurate information
Requirements - Bachelors degree in Business or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience
- Experience selling in the alternative medicine industry preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
