We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Professionals to help enroll Contractors/Home Improvement Pro's into our referral service that helps home owners find quality Contractors.Account Managers earn a commission on new business as well as RESIDUAL commissions (which will be earned from our lead services on EVERY Contractor/Professional you acquire/manage)!



The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company's "Pro Network". This is achieved through the process of contacting, meeting, and building relationships with Home Improvement professionals who would benefit from leads that have been intelligently matched to their specific business. We have a large Pro Network comprised of home improvement contractors in the following (but not exclusive to) trades: solar, windows, roofing, HVAC, landscaping, flooring, pool work, concrete, remodeling, insulation, and much more.



You do not need to be proficient in home-improvement to be successful in this position, but any knowledge and/or Network in the home-improvement industry is a big plus. Inside Sales experience is a huge plus.



Responsibilities Include:



Enrolling Contractors and Home Improvement Professionals into our lead generation program that is arguably the best lead generator a quality Contractor can have.



Additional tasks involving light engagement with tools and apps to drive more revenue and commissions might be a part of daily workflow.



Requirements:



Experience in Inside Sales is highly preferred, B2B sales also a plus

Proven track record of successfully meeting quotas

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Proficient in English

Skilled in negotiation

Persistent and results-oriented

High school diploma; BS/BA is a plus



Compensation:



Compensation is simple, healthy, and uncapped.



Account Managers earn commission when they sign on new accounts, sell ad space on the M3B website, and earn residuals (Yes, you read that right) as the Contractors and Pros in your pipeline are sent more and more leads.



Pay Period: Every two weeks. (To clarify for anyone already in the Home-Improvement industry - You do not need to wait for the home-improvement project to be finished before you are paid. Commission is earned from the conversion of the sale, not the completion of the project).



Target Earnings: This position is designed to earn an average Account Manager between $60,000-80,000 annually for an average performer, and great Reps $200,000+. There are no caps, and this is a start up, so the perfect candidate will be able to see the opportunity at hand and surpass all expectations.
