We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative Assistant to join our team. The Sales Representative Assistant will be responsible for supporting a sales representative in achieving their goals and objectives by assisting in administrative tasks and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports, organizing sales data, and creating presentations.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales representative, such as scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and maintaining filing systems.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring that all items are properly packed and labeled.
  • Verify that all shipments are complete and accurate, and that all necessary documentation is included.
  • Coordinate with carriers to schedule pick-up and delivery of shipments.
  • Monitor shipment status and proactively address any issues that arise.
  • Maintain accurate records of all outgoing shipments and associated documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, such as safety and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and sales, to ensure that shipments are prepared in accordance with customer requirements.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software programs.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
