We are looking for a passionate Sales Representative who will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of the natural health products industry, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales growth and customer retention. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate customers on the benefits of our natural health products. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics. Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, preferably in Natural Health Products or Food & Beverage Products. Strong negotiation, presentation and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS office suit, Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus. Bilingual in English and Mandarin (or Cantonese) is preferred. Ability to travel as needed for customer meetings and industry events. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. Completion of a college, or university degree or other programs may be required.
