We are seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Solar Sales Representatives.

Expectations:
- You will play a crucial role in promoting and selling solar solutions for homeowners and will make a positive impact
- You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals
- This is a field-based position that requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a passion for renewable energy
- Knock doors, generate leads, and identify potential customers interested in saving money $
- Engage with homeowners and educate them about the benefits of solar
- Deliver compelling sales presentations, demonstrating the savings and long term financial benefits
- Customize solar system proposals based on customer needs, ensuring accurate pricing, financing options, and return on investment calculations
- Close sales by effectively negotiating and overcoming objections, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with your team to achieve individual and sales targets, sharing best practices and market insight (local Net Metering, etc.)
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up activities in our CRM system
- Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to effectively position our solar solutions in the market
- Proven experience in door-to-door sales, you will be setting and closing appointments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to adapt to different customer profiles and objections
- Knowledge of solar energy systems, financing options, and government incentives is a MUST
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, while also being a team player
- This is a commission based role, sell more earn more
