Job DescriptionRole & responsibilities - Handling Sales, Administration, customer retention and development by working closely with senior management
- Assigning, monitoring and supervising day-to-day activities of Sales & Marketing department.
- Generate prospects & convert them into sales.
- Schedule, train, mentor and build team members to comply with company needs.
- Conducting daily departmental briefings and providing inputs for improvement.
- Identify root causes of issues and align with the team to improve the system and service.
- Maintained low complaint escalation and customer cancellation percentages.
- Proper coordination with team executives and various departments.
- Handling possession, Loan disbursement, APF for all the projects.
- Coordinate with Civil Dept., Customer Care dept. etc. for smooth process from Registration to Possession
- Maintained good relation with channel partners & generated more walk-in through them & converted sales.
- Help to Plan, develop and execute sales & marketing strategies.
- Handling the work of corporate tie up with well-known companies and broking firms.
- Responsible for all the consumer touch points, from the time of sale to the handover of the residence.
