Job Description

• Job Title: Sales Specialist - E Commerce Healthcare Industry - Mumbai
  
  1. New Customers - Managing inbound customer enquiries (via calls /chats) related to products demonstrated on the website and closing the enquiry by giving accurate information and wining the order from the customer.
  2. Existing Customers -Handling repeat orders which also entails cross selling and upselling orders other products from the websitegetting a bigger share of the customers business. Generating weekly sales report.
  3. Collaborate with cross functional leaders including Logistics Head to ship orders, as soon as a product is sold, either onchat, call or email.
  4. The role holder should have good communication skills in Hindi and English.
