Sales, Regional Strategic Account Manager General Imaging (Southeast)
In this role, you will be responsible for driving and expanding C-suite relationships to create long term partnerships within the customers executive decision-making layer (Clinical, Operational & Financial) for ongoing operational execution. You will understand the customers operating models, business challenges, critical metrics, issues, goals, and growth strategies, in order to develop Philips strategic initiatives for the account and supporting account strategies.
Your role:
Driving end to end Diagnostic Imaging Enterprise Account ownership ensuring all agreed business commitments and needs of the customer are met in a timely and strategic manner.
Creating alignment across various internal stakeholders such as the DIC National A/C team, DSLs, AMs, Service, Marketing, BU, Finance etc. to form strategies designed to meet customer needs.
Solidifying the Trusted Advisor Role by providing ultrasound and market insights highlighting industry trends, competitive landscape information, healthcare legislation information that assists the Enterprise DIC Account in reaching its goals and objectives.
Leveraging the business and partnership relationship approach to retain, convert and grow our install base and build toward a full Philips solution and product portfolio standardization.
Building a strong funnel of growth potential by working with aligned Account Managers to analyze existing contract status, standardization plans, current contracts, needs, care gaps, install base, and construction strategies to leverage into deal strategies.
You're the right fit if:
You have a BS/BA degree.
Youve acquired 5+ years of experience in hospital capital sales, with emphasis on strategic selling.
Your skills include selling to accounts that produce large sales volumes and/or market share growth, experience selling and optimizing relationships within the C-suites, working in a complex sales cycle, and engaging the interest of key stakeholders while drawing them into meaningful, in depth conversations.
