Job Description:
As a Sales Support Specialist for Consumer Direct Interaction, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth of the client aftermarket business. You will provide essential service to our internal teams, operations staff, and customers. This position is instrumental in managing and analyzing our customer data to ensure strategic growth across all verticals of the Consumer Direct Interaction Portfolio. For this role you will need to think big, help to implement new/effective processes, and have a passion for innovation. The successful candidate will be energetic, disciplined, forward thinking, and enjoy solving complex problems.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support all operational and analytical processes within assigned customer teams
  • Proactive order pipeline management, including but not limited to - order entry, order maintenance and problem resolution
  • Play a key role in strategic projects that will shape the future of the business
  • Capable of executing tactical projects and ensuring timelines and overall objectives are met
  • Monitor order fill rates and overall performance metrics to ensure we are exceeding customer and stakeholder expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive business goals (Marketing, Servicing, Product Line, Finance, Technology, Legal, and Compliance)
  • Support capability enhancements to drive demand and best-in-class customer interactions
  • Actively support planning, reporting, and other critical portfolio management activities to ensure we are meeting partner commitments
  • Ability to Flex and contribute at all levels of the business
  • Work closely in a group environment to drive results
  • Become a subject matter expert for assigned sales channels
