We are looking for Smart and Honest Candidate for the position of Team Leader
Designation- Sales Team Leader (Real Estate)
Job Location Thane
Salary package- 25K to 30K + Incentive (It depends on Interview)
Experience 2yrs to 3 yrs experience
Qualification: Graduation Age Limit: 25 to 40
Office Timing-10AM to 7PM
Work schedule- Tuesday to Sunday (Monday Week off)
Responsibilities:-
Presenting residential projects and plans to brokers and potential clients. Follow-up's with potential clients interested in Residential housing Establish and maintain relationships with clients Coordination with clients and booking appointments to show the property to prospective buyers. Attending existing clients at the site and coordinating with them on the phone, handling incoming inquiry calls, preparing daily lead generation reports, sourcing, CRM, following up with leads, and preparing prospect list networking. Handling a Team Ensuring a Maximum channel partner activation for our projects. Ensuring targets are met Be a liaison between cp and the closing team in order to close the deals. Providing support and services to channel partners. You will be reaching out to the Real estate channel partners in the locality assigned to you to onboard them through calls or through physical meetings. Increase our reach and awareness about the project among the channel partner community and onboard the interested CPs. You will also be responsible for conducting meetings with interested CPs to persuade them and motivate them to actively engage in lead generation activity.
