Position Description

• Welcome travelers to the state by providing informational materials on attractions and events in Iowa and encourage visitors to stay and tour Iowa. Distribute state
• publications and travel related brochures. Research travel info and become familiar with brichure materials and (link removed). Maintain guest book signatures.

• Customer service skills communication skills

Experience Required

• Some face to face customer service skills

Education Required

• High school diploma required
