Department: - Engineering: - Marketing and costing section.


Brief Job Profile: - Key Brief Description

Customer Negotiation: -

1) Techno commercial discussion and coordination with customer for new business, ECNs,

amendments.

2) To develop and maintain key client relationship.

3) Product and tooling cost estimation and interaction with customer on costing norms, product

costing and negotiation for cost settlement

RFQ Preparation: -

4) Handling RFQs, settlements and negotiation with customer.

5) Manage a team to ensure cost effective and timely completion of projects to meet or exceed client

expectations.

6) Profit and loss analysis for new RFQ check material margin, revenue, and business profitability

considering the products, volume and customer requirement.

7) Monitor and control progress of work ensuring decided specification, timeline.

Cost Control: -

8) Cost control of various amendments.

9) ECN product cost settlement with customer and back to back with suppliers.

10) Responsible for making data and discussion with customer for development cost.


Experience and Skill required: -


1-B. Tech / MBA (Marketing, accounting and costing).

2-Should have good costing knowledge MSIL BIW parts of Sheet metal, weld assembly parts.

3-Should have knowledge of zero base costing sheet metal parts.

4-Demonstrable strong analytical and problem solving skills, a process improvement orientation, and the ability to handle multiple

tasks in a fast paced environment.

5-Good Negotiations skills with customer.
