Sales and Marketing Manager is needed in our Fontana, CA facility to

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry
trends, and perform competitor analysis to identify differences and competitive advantages;
• Analyze various algorithms, techniques, and statistical models to predict innovative opportunities for campaign growth and optimize campaign performance;
• Design and implement marketing strategies to advance market share;
• Conduct periodic and ad-hoc analysis across N.A. business, and provide and implement strategic business and sales plans to achieve profitable growth;
• Lead and manage sales activities needed, such as exhibitions, public relations events, promotions, to meet overall business objectives.

Position requires Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related, with minimum 2 years of experience in marketing analysis and sales management to include the following: using algorithms, techniques, and statistical models to analyze and predict campaign growth; make strategic marketing recommendations and business plan.
