Job Requirement: English. At least 5 years' work experience in the area of Marketing and Sales in China, Hong Kong and Macau. Familiarity with the Canadian Real Estate Market.

Job Description:

Century 21 King's Quay Real Estate Inc. is looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to help expand its business to absorb clientele from the far east.

Specific Job Duties:

(1) Identify and develop business contacts in China, Hong Kong and Macau and the high net-worth communities in Canada;
(2) Initiate and nurture prospective client relationships to seek out and secure specific opportunities for our company;
(3) Provide marketing and sales efforts with existing clients in China, Hong Kong and Macau including exploring opportunities to seek new available projects and listings for the broker;
(4) Design and implement marketing strategies on targeted markets in China, Hong Kong and Macau as well as the high net-worth communities in Canada;
(5) Assessment of networking and trade show opportunities in China, Hong Kong, Macau and various communities from a business development perspective and assume a leadership role to plan, speak at and participate in relevant events;
(6) Proactive participation in regional and national business development, marketing and sales meeting; and
(7) Take a major lead in setting and achieving annual and monthly sales objectives and targets working along with management team.
