Advance Caster & Wheel, a leading supplier of casters and wheels in the warehousing industry, is seeking a Sales and Operations Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our sales and operations departments to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales team with customer inquiries and order processing
• Bring in new sales from new accounts
• Collaborate with operations team to maintain inventory levels and shipping deadlines
• Conduct research and gather data to assist in product development and pricing strategies
• Generate reports and analyze data to improve business processes and customer experiences
• Communicate with clients via email, phone, and in-person meetings to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
• Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and inventory management
• Assist with special projects as assigned by operations

Requirements

• Prior experience in sales and/or operations preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of the warehousing industry a plus
