Job Description
: 1. Personally, to be persistently on a learning curve in customer relations, sales, and knowledge of machine tooling, so that I will continually improve my performance in sales resulting in financial success not only for myself, and my customers, but for Company. Continuing on the path to Virtuosity is my goal!
2. Being the best Manager continuing to build and maintain relationships with all the customers in my territory, as well as being deliberate and conscientious of making new ones. Also continuing faithfulness and friendliness to all my customers, being the "go to guy" that they will call for all their manufacturing needs.
3. Providing legendary customer value by building trusted relationship, valuing others communicate effectively, demonstrating high integrity, and maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
4. Exhibiting a high level of professionalism, enthusiasm for our products, and confidence in our company that our customers are convinced beyond all doubt that we are their only choice to provide total satisfaction with their machine tool purchases
