We are constantly on the lookout for professionals to fulfill the staffing needs of our clients, and we currently have a job opening that may interest you. Below is the summary of the position.
Title: Salesforce Developer
Location: Remote
Job Type: Long Term Contract
Your Impact to the Mission:-
In this Salesforce Developer position, you will develop high performing solutions on the (link removed) platform and provide insight in advanced business analysis, conduct needs assessments, configure apps, and assist in key functions involving client and staff development, training and on-going client support.
Experience Needed to Be Successful:-
- A minimum of 2 years experience with programming Languages APEX, VisualForce.
- A minimum of 3 years exposure to (link removed) APEX data loader.
- A minimum of 3 years exposure to integrations.
- Implementing (link removed) solutions that adhere to platform best practices and perform peer code reviews. Typical (link removed) implementations include custom platform development (Apex, Visualforce), integrations with back office systems (often through the use of middleware tools) and complex data migrations.
- Conducting development work streams, from design through testing and deployment, often working with junior members of the team both offshore and onshore.
- With project leadership, assisting in the estimation of work effort, determination of required resources, and setting realistic schedules for development.
- Maintaining effective client relations and rapport - delivering timely and relevant information with the ability to quickly identify and report project risks.
- Assisting client teams in supporting the live application after delivery and performing handoff and knowledge transfer activities, positioning our clients for long term success.
- Passion for technology and learning new technologies.
- Worked in an agile project management environment.
- Excellent communication skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:-
- Ability to work with product owners and colleagues to interpret feature requests and develop software in iterative design/build/test cycles using an Agile development process.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and be creative within a team.
- Knowledge of Cloud Computing (SaaS, PaaS) either through work at industry participants or consulting to the industry.
Basic Qualifiers:-
- Education Requirement: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field of study
- Can Additional Years of Experience Substitute for Degree No
- Minimum Clearance to Start: Interim Public Trust
- Work Status Allowable: US Citizenship
