- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or other related disciplines.
- Passion for creating and delivering great software with a strong sense of ownership.
- Strong knowledge of JSON, XML, JavaScript, CSS2 & CSS3, HTML5 & jQuery.
- 3-5 years of experience as a salesforce admin - importing bulk data, customizations, user maintenance, lead entry and maintenance, dashboards/report creation per customer requirements.
- Demonstrated experience working with relational databases, and ETL tools.
- Familiarity with the Lightning component framework.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
- Strong organizational skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a dynamic fast-changing environment.
- Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Certified Admin).
- Good to have:
- Experience with CI/CD - Build & Release process.
- Experience with Agile/ Scrum based development.
- Job Duties:
- Collaborate with different departments and resources to translate business needs to solutions, dashboards, and reports.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports per client requirements.
- Create user documentation for all dashboards and reports created.
- Configuration and customization of the client’s (link removed) platform.
- Assist with the migration of data from other CRMs and cloud systems into (link removed).
- Assist with Salesforce training for new users.
- Be responsive to change, adapt quickly with a talented team and work efficiently & remotely.
