We are looking for a Salesforce CPQ Developer to participate in ongoing development of applications supported by the Salesforce Sales, Service and Configure Price Quote (CPQ) Cloud applications. The successful candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption using the SFDC platform primarily the CPQ application. You will design and develop solutions on the Salesforce CPQ platform integrating with backend systems and working closely with our development, QA, product team, and Architects. As a Salesforce developer, you will provide day-to-day CPQ platform and user support.

***Hybrid Schedule with 1-3 days a week in office***

Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of (link removed) technical requirements, system configuration and user requirements
• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce CPQ applications
• Ensure accuracy in the data and implement processes that increase quality and relevance of data
• Design and build clean, high performing (i.e., user-oriented, fast, efficient, extensible, scalable) Salesforce and Salesforce-integrated applications following best practices and using the latest technologies
• Create requirements definition documentation, including use cases, and functional specifications to capture business needs and for validation with the customer and shared with project stakeholders
• Drive requirements gathering sessions with the client's technical team and discuss functional requirements with the internal and client teams
• Strong project management skills desired; ability to juggle multiple projects and deliverables at once while keeping tight and ever-changing deadlines is a must

Requirements

• 4 + years of experience with Salesforce development, including CPQ, Service Cloud, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes and Apex Web services
• In depth knowledge in Product setup, Product Options, Product configuration & rules, Pricing, Discounting and Quote templates in Salesforce (Steelbrick) CPQ
• Experience in designing, coding, and implementing APEX code Triggers, Classes, Components, etc, Visualforce components, Lightning, and SOQL statements
• Experience in designing and implementing new Salesforce objects, workflow rules, custom layouts, and other standard Salesforce customizations
• Deep Understanding of working with QCP (quote calculator plugin) to go out of the box customization to CPQ flow
• Strong experience in building Lightning Components
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the stakeholder throughout the organization

This opportunity is a contract opportunity. The hourly rate for this position is between $48-62/hour.

The final hourly rate will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
