Salesforce Consultants at BRIO work directly with clients to interpret business requirements and translate to solutions on the Salesforce platform. In this role, Salesforce Consultants work with other BRIO team members to lead or assist with discovery, design, and configuration on numerous projects.

Ideal candidates have worked extensively on the Salesforce platform, and have a deep understanding of its capabilities and use cases. Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant certifications are a plus. We also look for these superbadges: Admin + Selling with Sales Cloud Specialist, Service Cloud Specialist, and Financial Services Specialist.

This is not a remote position. Candidates must be able to commute to our office in Conshohocken, PA.

Responsibilities

• Attending client discovery meetings to assist in gathering requirements and designing custom solutions that use Salesforce components, apps, and integrations;
• Interfacing with internal and external Project Managers and stakeholders to estimate, task, and build custom Salesforce functionality;
• Developing other documentation for Salesforce projects, including items like Solution Design Outlines, Workflow Diagrams, How-To Documentation and User Guides, Testing Guides, and more;
• Building- Salesforce custom fields and objects;
• Developing Process Builders and Flows for custom Salesforce solutions;
• Designing, building, and managing the end-to-end Salesforce solution including (but not limited to) data architecture, automation (flows, process builder, actions, approval processes), security model, user interface, reports and dashboards, and deployments;
• Working with project managers to identify risks and adjust client expectations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with the Salesforce platform.
• Experience in the client services industry.
• Demonstrated ability to gather client requirements, design Salesforce solutions, and design low-code solutions for Salesforce Admins to build.
• Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant certifications are a plus.
• Knowledge of the legal industry is a plus.
