Salesforce Health Cloud Program Manager (Critical, High Priority)

Location : Atlanta Remote OK

Location Atlanta is the preferred location.

Program Manager with healthcare experience to build end to end business solutions and to work with one of the leading healthcare providers in the US. The ideal candidate must possess strong healthcare project management; people management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

As a Program Manager, you will

• Lead with strong program management skills, and collaborate across the organization to land programs and enable change.
• Manage complex programs by exercising healthcare and business understanding to drive the organizations long-term objectives.
• Foster internal and external relationships; negotiates with external partners; guides and supports the efforts of cross-functional, internal and external resource teams, making decisions about priorities to drive programs to success. This also requires proactively initiating cross-functional projects and processes.
• Bring healthcare and program management expertise to shape the content, design, and execution of products and services.
• Be responsible for executing and monitoring projects, programs, and services that increase engagement and participation, prepare and deliver key presentations to the leadership team.
• Acts as a thought partner to leadership in the development and prioritization of long-term strategies to achieve successful employee health outcomes
• Healthcare Insurance Claims, Provider and Pricing experience is mandatory

Requirements

• 8+ years of years of experience in project management or program management; including managing SFHC/SFDC projects
• Excellent knowledge in project management, problem solving, performance monitoring and team leadership.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects/work streams Management of teams in a cross-functional structure Strong facilitation experience
• Experience in creating an effective team environment, building strong relationships, negotiation, solving problems and issues, resolving conflicts, managing resources in a matrix environment and communicating effectively at all levels of an organization required.
• Ability to thrive in a non-structured environment, deliver results through cross-functional collaboration, and manage multiple projects.
• Experience in Agile model and in-depth understanding of Agile practices and ceremonies
• Knowledge or experience with project management tools, documentation tools, and reporting tools required. Requires an understanding of the overall organization.
