QA Analyst (Salesforce ) job summary:A client of ours, a national healthcare provider is looking for a QA Analyst on a full-time bases for a three month contract. Responsible for documenting test requirements, designing, developing, and executing scripts including test automation. Working closely with the development team to plan release pipelines from initial testing through production.Responsibilities: Gather test requirements and maintain Quality Assurance documentation for QA and UAT. Execute test cases according to acceptance criteria for each user stories and document bugs in Jira and or Confluence Develop within test automation framework for integration and regression testing. Develop on tools (i.e.: GitHub, Jira,) and implements processes to automate software deployments. Work closely with development teams on architecture to ensure continuous integration/deployment. Create and maintain a variety of production, stage, test environments. Diagnose complex system issues with multiple influencing factors. Ability to work collaboratively in small teams. Excel in a rapid iteration environment with short turnaround times (SCRUM Sprints). Deal positively with high levels of uncertainty, ambiguity and shifting priorities. Accept a wide variety of tasks and pitches in wherever needed. Constructively present, discuss and debate alternatives. Take shared ownership of products delivered to business. Healthcare provider, health cloud, care coordination experience - a must In-depth knowledge and experience with Health Cloud or a strong background in the Health Care Industry. Ability to work independently in a remote setting and deliver high-quality work within agreed-upon timelines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and project tracking. Salesforce certifications (Salesforce administrator and Salesforce Business Analyst) Preferred Qualifications: Health Cloud Accredited Professional BenefitsCompensation and Benefits:The rate range for this contract position is $70-$140 an hour.
