Job Title: Salesforce QA Analyst Location: St. Louis, MO/ Onsite Job Type: W2 / FulltimeResponsibilities: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce applications. Perform functional, integration, and regression testing of Salesforce features and enhancements. Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies, and work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide input on testability and quality improvements. Conduct thorough data validation and ensure data integrity within Salesforce systems. Participate in the review and analysis of business requirements, technical designs, and system specifications. Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce updates, features, and best practices, and proactively apply them to improve the QA process. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of test environments and test data. Document and communicate test results, issues, and risks to project stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Provide input and suggestions for process improvements, tools, and methodologies to enhance the QA process. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce QA Analyst.Strong knowledge of the Salesforce CRM platform, including configuration, customization, and administration. Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce-related technologies (Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, etc. Proficient in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Demonstrated experience with functional, integration, and regression testing. Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Apex Test Framework) is a plus. Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
