Role Overview:

NOT really a Lead or Project Manager role. They need someone to be hands-on with the release and change management tasks and they need to be able to debug/troubleshoot on their own, or at least know who to ask for help for higher-level issues. They will also take care of all documentation and change tracking.

Required Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business IT, Computer Engineering, or other related fields


• At least 5 years of hands-on release management experience


• Strong knowledge of (link removed) and Salesforce CLI. At least 2 years of direct Salesforce experience would be good enough.


• Solid experience with Jira, BitBucket, Jenkins, and Selenium. Strong knowledge of how Jenkins and BitBucket go hand-in-hand.

Profiles that could work for this role:

• A Salesforce Developer who has used Jenkins and Bitbucket for development and has recently done/been somehow involved in release management


• A Release Manager who has some Salesforce Development background


• Tech Leads would have applicable release management experience but he’s not looking for a Tech Lead per se.
