Our clients include a cross section of Silver, Gold, Platinum and early stage companies who are actively expanding their Delivery, Sales and Leadership teams. Our client is currently seeking an experienced Salesforce Sales Solution Architect to join their impressively growing team.

The Sales Solution Architect is a vital member of the customer and prospect-facing team. Working directly with other members of the sales team, the Sales Solution Architect provides expert-level Salesforce Cloud product knowledge to the clients, makes architectural recommendations, and aligns services to best achieve results-oriented solutions. By owning the solution construction, including the engagement approach and technical components, the Sales Architect will be responsible for producing the scope, estimates, and duration in alignment with the delivery team's approach.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Drive client discovery meetings to understand client needs, objectives, success goals, and level of engagement

  • Ability to translate customer requirements into project scope and implementation estimates and provide to Sales Executives for use in proposals and SOWs

  • Develop key deliverables in the pre-sales and sales process including (but not limited to) architectural diagrams/workflows, project scope, hours estimates, project timelines, technical documentation, etc.

  • Collaboration with technical delivery resources to ensure estimates align with delivery standards

  • Ability to position non-technology portions of an engagement including change management, experience design, managed services, business process re-engineering, training, etc.

  • Ability to identify areas of technical risk and communicate proper boundaries and / or propose different options for mitigating those risks

  • Assist in writing proposals, SOW's, and responses to RFP's/RFI's as requested by the Sales Executive

  • Establish trust with clients, and influence key decision makers in the sales cycle

  • Ability to tailor implementation approach to fit client need as appropriate for a successful outcome

  • Ability to tailor communication to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Connect with clients to become a trusted advisor

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Pre-Sales experience in services sales

  • 5+ years of experience working within Salesforce ecosystem

  • 5+ years of experience implementing projects on the Salesforce platform

  • One or more of the following Salesforce Certifications:Salesforce certification(s) ideally, Advanced Admin, Consulting, and/or architecture certifications

  • Must have deep knowledge and understanding of (link removed) applications, platform and how it can best be used to solve customer business objectives

  • Experience estimating projects and producing functional and technical estimates for implementations

  • Experience with white-boarding, discovery, and roadmap construction; articulating roadmap strategies and outcomes, able to lead architectural discussions

  • Financial services industry experience highly desired

  • Experience working in a high tech, high-paced, hyper growth environment
