SFDC Production Support

Experience Required

Hands on experience in Apex, Lightning, and Visualforce programming skills

Strong JavaScript skills and expert understanding of Aura framework, LWC

Experience in (link removed) integration both inbound and outbound configurations

Strong experience in understanding with XML & JSON Web Services (SOAP/REST)

Experience with scripted data loader, web services, cloud or on-premises middleware and other enterprise integrating technologies.

Experience in Sales/Service/Marketing cloud.

Roles & Responsibilities

Roles includes configuration and integration of the Salesforce platform.

Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Level Management, Perform RCA etc.

Effectively resolve functional problems and inform appropriate stakeholders

Ensure that assigned applications are available and operational

Support on Change management, Infrastructure activities.

Analyze recurring problems and propose solution

Participate in Post-deployment testing of new versions and Configure Platform installation

Communicate with Multiple teams (US, Mexico, India)

Monitoring and ensure application availability.

Provide timely production and project status reports to the IT management team.

Highly motivated self-starter individual demonstrating integrity, initiative, and innovation qualities.

Strong written and verbal communications skills
