We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce System Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the Salesforce platform, ensuring that it meets the needs of the business and our customers. As a Salesforce System Architect, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to identify business requirements and design solutions that meet those requirements. You will also provide technical leadership and mentorship to other members of the development team.



Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications, integrations, and customizations

Work closely with business analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Provide technical leadership and guidance to other members of the development team

Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans and timelines

Perform code reviews and ensure code quality and compliance with coding standards

Develop and maintain technical documentation

Stay current with new Salesforce features and technologies and evaluate their potential use in our environment

Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance



Requirements:

4-7 years of experience as a Salesforce System Architect

Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL

Experience with Salesforce integrations and customizations


Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience leading and mentoring other developers

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
