Pay Rate/Range: $15/hr
Description: Seeking a Sander / Grinder for a local growing production facility. As a Sander / Grinder, you will work in the welding department and use hand sanders to prep and sand all surface areas of products in preparation for powder coat paint application. Will check components for defects and/or unacceptable welds. The Sander / Grinder will also ensure presses are set up correctly and will move products from one area to another. This facility offers room for growth. You can learn additional skills through cross-training and learning multiple product lines. Pay raise and great benefits offered upon hire! Job Requirements: Must have previous sanding, grinding, and/or production experience. Machine shop or sheet metal experience is preferred. Must be comfortable using hand tools and reading instructions. Must be able to stand for a full shift and be able to lift 50-100 lbs consistently.
Shift/Schedule: 1st shift (Monday-Thursday, 5:00am-3:30pm); overtime as needed on Fridays
