Our Hospice location is growing by leaps and bounds and we are looking for a new member to join our team!

We are looking for someone who can take charge of our intake process as well as completing many of the office tasks that are needed.

This is a full-time, salaried position! You will be working out of our office in Phoenix.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with a Medical Assistant background so they know medical terminology.

Knowledge of Medicare hospice guidelines

Knowledge of the process of referrals - hospitals, doctors, clinicians

Knowledge of scheduling process

Ability of "wear many hats" and adapt to pivot and do what is needed

We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with new people on a daily basis.

We are looking for someone who is willing to learn our systems and be open to new ways to do things (The AdvisaCare Way).

We are looking for someone who is quick on their feet and can grasp new concepts quickly.

We are looking for someone who is willing to dive in and immerse themselves into our fast paced, pressure packed business.
