Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Minimum three (3) years of construction industry experience.
- Strong background in Commercial Construction, with a knowledge in roofing materials, techniques & requirements
- Experience multi-tasking while planning, organizing and following through with impactful roofing projects
- The ability to work in a fast paced work environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- The desire to grow their career professionally
- The desire to drive the growth of a highly reputable roofing contractor
- The desire to mentor Project Manager Interns
- Strong track record with client relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Able to lift up to 80 pounds and comfortable visiting actual job sites about 50% of the time (without fear of heights)
