Scrum Master - Full Time, Permanent, Evanston, IL

We've been asked to identify an experienced Scrum Master with strong Business Analysis experience to join an environment where talent is appreciated and rewarded. You'll join a team of 8 that provides Scrum leadership to complex, SDLC related in house projects as part of the IT delivery team. You'll enforce the rules of Scrum, remove impediments, and constantly improve standards of work. You'll also work as a BA when needed, gathering requirements, and translating them into user stories that will give development teams a clear and concise vision for the deliverable. Oh...and you'll dig in on some testing as well.

You'll bring your 5+ years of Scrum Master experience, refined communication skills, technical savvy (SQL), and MS Office proficiency to the role. You'll be rewarded with a highly professional and respectful work environment, a salary around 100k, outstanding benefits, and a long-term home. The work will be done on a hybrid remote schedule, 2 days per week (Tuesday and Wednesday) in their downtown Evanston office and the rest remote.
