Jira is mandatory, as well as a development background. It has to be someone that was a developer once. Any language.

This is an exciting opportunity to participate in a multi-year green field implementation of a new core banking and payments platform for one of the largest banks in the world.

Job Location: New York City area. Hybrid, remote/onsite (about 2 days a week).

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of relevant experience in IT
• MUST HAVE experience in Financial Services / Banking
• Highly desirable experience with API ecosystem (API design, microservices, developers, UX engineering, DevOps)
• 5+ years of Hands-on experience with agile tools like Jira
• Scrum master experience and well versed in agile / scrum ceremonies
• Capable of taking ownership of a project and managing a team of engineers
• Development background and experience, understanding SDLC
• Experience working with multiple teams composed up to 15 team members or more
• Experience documenting and managing Confluence repositories
• Experience with metrics-oriented reporting
• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar
