Overview: The Seasonal Production Coordinator will be responsible for managing logistics for the production team, focusing on content management, budgeting, invoicing, tracking, scheduling, and all other departmental administrative tasks. The role will also assist with day-to-day operations of the marketing department. This is a seasonal position working approximately 40 hours per week, plus game days and occasional weekends and holidays. This position will be located on-site in East Rutherford, NJ.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Scheduling production flow of all deliverables and shoots
• Help manage content production shoot budgets
• Track crew, talent, and vendor invoicing
• Managing shoot releases, waivers, and music/artist cue sheets
• Book and schedule crewing for each production shoot
• Ensuring final delivery files are completed and sent in all formats for designated platforms
• Availability for assignment to field shoots
• Assist in gameday & event production
• Perform administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous work in the sports/entertainment industry a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Team player attitude and willing to jump in wherever necessary
• Ability to work independently when given a task
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
