Job Summary:

Blue Nile is looking for a passionate and talented Shipping Assistant (Seasonal) who will work in conjunction with the distribution team. This position will assist in the packaging and shipping of customer orders that meet Blue Nile shipping and service standards.

Responsibilities:

Support our Fulfillment Operations by:

• Prepare customer orders for shipment, both domestic and international.


• Prepare shipments for returning product.


• Work with Shipping Couriers.


• Prepare and maintain shipping supplies and help keep department organized.


• Other duties as assigned.

 Qualifications:

• Excellent Customer Service skills.


• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.


• Basic Computer Skills.


• Must be able to work independently with minimum direction, self-starter, process focused.


• Must be able to work seasonal mandatory overtime including early start times, holidays, weekends, etc.
