These are seasonal/temporary positions staffed mid-summer through early Fall through LHH/Ajilon staffing.
Common App is currently searching for multiple Temporary/Seasonal Technical Specialists to configure and perform quality assurance (QA) reviews of our school-specific requirements for our automated data delivery service known as Scheduled Delivery Service (SDS). Tasks include conducting technical setups and walkthroughs of member specifications for accuracy, utilizing online software to configure member-specific data-configuration requirements, performing quality assurance tasks, and communicating technical and sometimes complex concepts internally. This is an ideal position for a detail-oriented, attentive, and hardworking individual looking to work and learn in a collaborative workplace among smart, passionate, and fun professionals. Specific tasks will include the following: - Analyze, configure, test, audit, and validate member-specific requirements and data through the use of internal tools and software.
- Follow documentation and conduct technical reviews to compare results with requirements, identify non-compliance, and verify accurate configuration requirements.
- Follow an assigned workflow to ensure member-specific requirements are configured accurately and on time.
- Relay technical requests and effectively communicate across teams via Salesforce.
- Effectively manage projects and prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines.
- Evaluate configurations that do not match documentation and escalate to manager for resolution.
- Collaborate with other Technical Specialists and service representatives to ensure deliverables are of high quality.
Candidates must possess a strong attention to detail with solid analytical, technical and organizational skills with the ability to learn new technology and online user interfaces/tools quickly. Candidates must be able to understand and effectively communicate technical concepts, both written and verbally. Candidates with a bachelors degree, previous quality assurance experience as well as experience with Salesforce, WebAdmit, and Google Apps, are preferred.
Individuals selected for these roles will become employees of Ajilon Staffing, on assignment at Common App from approximately mid-June or July through the beginning of September. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS This role requires: - Candidates must live in the United States.
