Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional Courtesy Patrol with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout Florida. We have openings at our Monroe, New Jersey location.

Pay Rate: $16.00/hour

Available Schedules:

Morning

• Tuesday-Saturday 7am-3pm
• Sunday-Thursday 7am-3pm

Midshift

• Friday-Tuesday 3pm-11pm
• Wednesday-Saturday 3pm-11pm
  

Evening/Overnight

• Tuesday-Saturday 11pm-7am
  
• Friday-Saturday 7am-3pm and Sunday-Monday 3pm-11pm
• Friday-Monday 11pm-3pm
• Sunday-Thursday 11pm-7am

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Ensuring that guests sign in upon arrival and exit.
• Making guests aware of rules that must be adhered to
• Contacting the relevant authorities if a crime is committed or an accident occurs.
• Reporting to supervisors on a regular basis.
• Recording any suspicious activities to the supervisor.
• Patrolling private residential properties and areas, safeguarding against illegal activity, including theft, loitering, trespassing and vandalism

Requirements:

• Must have a security license
• Must have security experience.
• Must have a Drivers License.
• Must be capable of handling variety of serious responsibilities.
• Must pass comprehensive background checks conducted by their employer.
• Must have clean criminal/police record.
• Must have positive, friendly attitude that is capable of interacting well with the residents and guests.
• Must be alert, professional, and reliable.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must be professional, mature, and able to stand for long periods of time.
