An industry leading in the Ag Retail business is looking to hire a Seed Marketing Manager.  This person will be in charge of leading, developing and implementing sales strategy for seed of the entire sales staff.  This is a salaried position with bonus based on seed sales success.  This is a new position and they are willing to wait until they have the right person to fill it.

The sales staff for this company is very hard working and has been successful in the past but has plateaued when it comes to seed sales.  The main responsibility of this position will be to jumpstart seed sales and drive the team to reach their potential.  The ideal candidate will have extensive experience and knowledge of seed and seed sales.  The perfect person to tell a sales person how to sell is someone who has done it themselves.

Pay:  $90,000 - $110,000 + Bonus
