Responsibilities

• Design, prototype and test semiconductor devices and circuits for different applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Dew Software and external partners to develop and implement semiconductor solutions
• Develop and maintain documentation and specifications for semiconductor designs
• Conduct failure analysis and corrective actions to ensure production yields
• Participate in research and development projects aimed at improving semiconductor technology
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and innovative solutions in the semiconductor industry
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Support with debugging a 1W WiFi PA missing 3-4dB in Psat at 28n FDSOI
• High level of understanding of RFIC circuit design techniques, simulation tools, layout, verification Tools and debug

Experience in

• PA design, in particular 1W WiFi PA o Transceiver design
• Rx/Tx chains advantage o Samsung SOI PDKs
• Advantage In addition please share any experience and capabilities for IC designs compliant to AEC-Q100 Quality Standards and ASIL (ISO26262) Safety Standards.
