What youll be responsible for:
  • Program Management Proactively anticipates needs and develops and implements diversity, equity and inclusion related initiatives, training, event planning and programs. Aligns initiatives to the HR/DEI strategy and other initiatives within HR/DEI and the business. Develops program metrics and monitors program performance. Provides on-going cyclical program management for assigned initiatives, including program management, design, implementation, maintenance, change management, communications, and evaluation, and continuous improvement. Ensure a diversity, inclusion, and engagement lens is integrated into all talent management processes and systems.
  • Consultation Ensures strategic alignment between diversity, equity and inclusion, customer experience and employee experience. Serves as a subject matter expert on diversity, equity and inclusion related topics. Collaborates with others in HR and within business units to provide comprehensive, aligned guidance and coaching to managers. Proactively develops information, materials and educational materials and events for employees, managers, senior management, and others in HR. Collaborate within Human Resources to integrate Diversity and Inclusion into HR programs and policies.
What you need to be qualified:
Principal Diversity Consultant:
  • Education Typically a bachelors degree in business, psychology, sociology, human resources or other related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience Typically eight or more years in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion or human resources with at least two years in the area of discipline or equivalent
  • Certifications, Licenses and Training PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred. Other HR certifications a plus (e.g., CEBS, CBP, CCP, AIRS, ATD).
Senor Diversity Consultant:
  • Education Typically a bachelors degree in business, psychology, sociology, human resources or other related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience Typically five or more years in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion or human resources with at least two years in the area of discipline or equivalent.
  • Certifications, Licenses and Training PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred. Other HR certifications a plus (e.g., CEBS, CBP, CCP, AIRS, ATD).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in implementing initiatives and programs focused on attracting and retaining women in the workforce, making a significant impact, particularly in alignment with the strategic roadmap set for execution in 2024.
  • Demonstrated experience in event planning, specifically in orchestrating events that involve hosting board members and officers.

Compensation Range:
$85,500.00 - $169,875.00
