Job Overview:As a Senior AI Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between advanced artificial intelligence technologies and business strategies. Your expertise will be instrumental in steering the direction of AI initiatives across multiple projects or departmental initiatives. This position demands a deep understanding of at least two relevant technical domains, such as software development, data science, security, cloud computing, integrations, Healthcare IT, or similar fields. Your mission will be to craft and execute a cohesive AI strategy that aligns with the overarching goals of the organization while ensuring the technical implementation is responsive to both present and future needs.Key Responsibilities:AI Strategy Alignment: Collaborate closely with business leaders to ensure AI initiatives are in lockstep with business objectives, delivering measurable value and driving digital transformation.Technical Leadership: Lead the development of best practices, policies, procedures, and other crucial AI documentation, guiding the organization towards innovative solutions.Cross-functional collaboration: Work alongside data scientists, AI professionals, security experts, data engineers, analysts, and IT operations staff to identify, pilot, and implement AI use cases.Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with multiple stakeholders, including business users, to gather requirements and feedback, ensuring AI solutions meet business needs and user expectations.Future-Proof Solutions: Ensure the technical solutions implemented today will be adaptable and scalable to meet future requirements, leveraging your expertise in relevant technical (link removed)novation and Research: Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and methodologies, incorporating innovative ideas into the organization's AI strategy to maintain a competitive edge.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 10 years of relevant work experience OR 14 years of total relevant work experience.Understand the workflow and pipeline architectures of ML and deep learning workloads. An in-depth knowledge of components and architectural trade-offs involved across the data management, governance, model building, deployment, and production workflows of AI is a must.Data management / modern data warehouse and big dataData science and analytics, including knowledge of advanced analytics tools (such as SAS, R, and Python) along with applied mathematics, ML, and Deep Learning frameworks (such as TensorFlow) and ML techniques (such as random forest and neural networksSoftware engineering and DevOps, including knowledge of DevOps workflows and tools, such as Git, containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CDHolds deep technical mastery and business knowledge across multiple technology domains.Strategic thinking and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to combine broad technical, business, clinical, and political factors.Has a broad background in implementing different architectures to meet differing needs.Strong written and verbal communication skills and possesses good presentation skills.Demonstrated ability to direct the implementation of diverse technologies in a complex organization.Diplomacy and interpersonal skills to lead others to provide inputs to share with customers, partners, and higher management on vision and need for key technologies.Demonstrated experiences innovating beyond the state of the art.Maximizing technical efficiency and setting technical (link removed)municates tradeoffs, strategy, and complexity mitigationnbsp;Able to pair with members of the development team to accelerate POC development, resolve a complex technical challenge, or design and implement a new set of architectural standardsPreferred Experience:Healthcare IT experience preferred.Holds and maintains relevant certification(s) - AWS/Azure Solution Architect/Engineer/Practitioner, FHIR, SCRUM, etc. is a plusExcellent knowledge of software and application design and architectureStrong expertise in DevOps and CI/CD and scrum and SAFe.Understanding of microservice design and architectural patterns
