Stacker Studio is seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to grow revenue for the company through a combination of new and existing business expansion. Youll be taking a lead role in building out the overall sales team and strategy with endless personal and professional growth opportunities.

You will act as the lead on each account, building out strategic plans on how to drive and increase revenue from your prospect pool. The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years of closing experience, ideally at an agency or SaaS business within the digital marketing, content marketing, SEO and/or PR space.

Responsibilities

  • Independently owning the entire sales cycle from prospecting and identifying target leads to working through redlines and closing mid-market and large businesses (annual revenues $100M-$500M+) to retaining, renewing and upselling clients in order to ensure long-term revenue to Stacker.
  • Leveraging consultative, customer-first strategy to understand your clients needs and propose Stacker's solutions to address them
  • Identifying target leads from research into top companies worldwide, and devising and executive creative strategies to get in front of their decision makers
  • Helping to define structure, culture and playbook of the sales organization
  • Developing a sales pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting and inbound leads
  • Clearly articulating the Stacker Studio value proposition to qualified decision makers, marketing/PR teams, and C-level executives
  • Acting as subject matter expert on digital content marketing, SEO, and other customer acquisition strategies to industry leaders across the VP and C-Suite at target companies
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing and account management teams to create a holistic customer engagement strategy
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets and projected revenue goals

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
  • 3-5+ years experience in an Account Executive or Senior Account Executive role working with mid-market to large accounts
  • Confidence speaking with executives from mid- to large-sized businesses about their strategies/goals with ease; knowledge to speak to SEO, PR, content marketing, and/or link-building strategies a plus
  • Deep understanding of the buyer journey and decision-making processes at large to enterprise businesses
  • Comfort creating and presenting compelling businesses cases to senior leadership leveraging data and insights
  • Strong sales instinct with relentless optimism
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive self starter with an innate sense of accountability
  • Expert prioritization skills; ability to manage competing tasks with ease
  • Passionate about growth marketing, content marketing, PR, SEO or journalism
