A day in the life.
As our Senior Account Manager on the Business Insurance team, youll manage effective and efficient resolutions for clients business risk management needs. This position leads multiple priorities efficiently while communicating with clients in a clear and concise fashion. The senior account manager will identify issues, collaborate with team members and carriers to implement appropriate resolutions. They will also be responsible for helping mentor and develop other team members to ensure the best service is provided to all clients.

Wed love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills: Independently analyze, prioritize, and interpret information while drawing accurate conclusions with minimal direction and/or guidelines. Identify and lead best practice efficiencies by maintaining agency service standards. Work jointly with the producer and other service team members on the account so all parties are aware of important activities related to client activity.
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply: Bachelors degree in business or related field or minimum 5 years experience including strong knowledge of property & casualty coverage and risk management issues. Property & Casualty License required. Must be detail oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. Good interpersonal skills and high sense of urgency. Ability to effectively build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, carriers and peers. We know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes. Dont be shy.
