WOW BAO is hiring a SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER for our team in Chicago!

  • 5 years of experience in a Senior Account Management or related experience required.

Position Summary:

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for leading account management efforts for the dark kitchen program.

Requirements

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:(Other duties may be assigned as needed):

  • Manage the ongoing success of designated Enterprise and SMB accounts. In this capacity, the Senior Account Manager is expected to monitor and drive certain key performance metrics (e.g., weekly sales) at the account- and unit-level while maintaining a continuous line of communication with each dark kitchen account regarding sales performance, marketing strategies, inventory levels, training and any other operational needs.
  • The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for onboarding dark kitchen locations on the Wow Bao platform. This requires, and is not limited to, coordinating operations, supply chain, marketing, and training between Wow Bao and all new dark kitchen accounts and managing opening checklists towards go-live dates.
  • Build strong partner relationships with dark kitchen accounts to drive sales & grow Wow Bao business by providing a world class level of service by being the trusted partner for answering any questions, requests, escalations, and concerns.
  • Understand & utilize variety of operational & financial data to manage accounts & identify areas of opportunity.
  • Collaborate with Wow Baos internal teams (e.g Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations) to drive results.
  • Work closely with leadership to drive operational efficiency, process improvements, and create best practices throughout team.
  • Support the account management team in both client facing account issues as well as internal team processes
  • Perform calmly and effectively in a fast paced-work environment.
  • Follow all rules, policies, procedures and conditions of employment, including those outlined in the Employee Handbook.
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Required Experience/Skills:

  • At least five years of experience as a Senior Account Manager or similar role
  • Experience in the restaurant technology sector is preferred
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with a variety of customers and organizations
  • Experience interacting with Director level & C-Suite executives and/or working with large enterprise accounts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred
  • Experience with Tableau is preferred
  • Partake in a professional and positive work environment

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
