About the Role

We are looking for an Account Manager to help us bring AI to supply chains in the worlds largest companies. Youll work with our operations and engineering teams to foster customer relationships through feature development, customer, and customer-vendor onboardings, and support operations. We expect you to contribute to thought leadership to support the overall company growth strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the change management and adoption cycle of end-users which includes the delivery and articulation of 5Fs value proposition to various customer stakeholders
  • Onboard and train new medium to large trucking clients to use our 5f OTR platform with white glove treatment
  • Assist platform users to ensure optimal performance
  • Liaise between customer users and Product team to for new feature evaluation and process improvement
  • Immerse yourself in the business & company strategy to understand our biggest opportunities for growth
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience as a freight broker/transportation solutions provider
  • Extensive experience with Account Management and/or Customer Change Management
  • Proven ability to work cross functionally across customers operations, IT, logistics and finance departments while supporting customer adoption
  • Understanding of service-focused operations teams that support a group of customers whose operations are 24/7/365



Compensation: $90-110K
