POSITION: Senior Accountant – Consulting Professional Services

LOCATION: Memphis, Tennessee

COMPENSATION: $55,000 to $80,000 + Bonus

JOB TYPE: Direct Hire Full Time Permanent Position

SKILLS: Degree in Accounting (CPA preferred), Prior work in a consulting or professional services environment, Proficient in MS Word Excel and PowerPoint

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position will be responsible for the preparation of bank reconciliations, general ledger journal entries, general ledger account reconciliations, and accounts receivable collections. This position will also be involved in financial statement preparation and various state tax and property tax reporting.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

A degree in Accounting

A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required

Previous work experience in a CONSULTING or PROFESSIONAL SERVICES environment

Strong organizational and leadership skills

CPA is strongly preferred
