Job Title: Integration Senior Accountant - Remote OpportunitySUMMARY: The Integration Senior Accountant will fill a key role within the Corporate Finance organization. This position will assist in the preparation of financial statements and on boarding of new acquisitions. Performs integrated revenue/expense analysis. Develops projections, reports, and presentations of the impact of a merger/acquisition on the organization. Performs financial forecasting and modeling. Prepares required documentation. Ensures the accuracy of entries to ledger accounts and reconciles subsidiary ledger accounts to the general ledger. Prepares balance sheets, profit and loss statements and other financial reports.The ideal candidate will have exceptional financial competence, strong business acumen, robust organizational skills, knowledge of financial analysis tools and techniques, and exceptional communication abilities. The candidate must be able to balance the demands of a rapidly growing, complex environment. This candidate must be self-sufficient and confident in their ability to steer the company in delivering on its long-term business model. Duties & Responsibilities:Complete opening balance sheet, documentation, and accounting conversion for new acquisitionsMaintain appropriate documentation for all transactions, correspondence (link removed)lculate and post all monthly journal entries for assigned entities (full-cycle close responsibility) while adhering to established accounting standards and procedures.Record all cash activity (deposits, wires, bank fees, interest etc) and reconcile monthly bank statements (including research of outstanding checks and the recording of any reconciling items).Review monthly accounts receivable and corresponding reserves.Perform complete and thorough month-end review of all financial statements (General Ledger, Income Statement, and Balance Sheet).Maintain detailed Balance Sheet reconciliation schedules.Review and address questions related to financials from management and partners.Distribute final financial statements both internally and to external investors.Prepare monthly/quarterly distribution (link removed)municate timely and effectively with entity directors, corporate and external investors.Maintain appropriate documentation for all transactions, correspondence etc.Other duties as assigned.EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:2+ years of related accounting experienceAccounting, M&A and/or finance background preferredExperience with accounting for new acquisitions (opening balance sheet, accounting conversion)Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)Strong customer service orientationAbility to multi-task, Self-motivated, Detail-oriented, Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsBachelor's degree, preferably in accounting, finance, math or related requiredMBA or CPA highly preferredExperience working with different stakeholders across various functions within (link removed)terest in rapid ability to prepare decision-support analysis on a range of issues related to financial performance, business planning, strategic opportunities, and business case analysis Exceptional communication and organization skills Healthcare, hospital, ASC and joint venture experienceExecutive presenceTenacious, but adaptable*If you are viewing this role on a job board such as (link removed) or LinkedIn, please know that pay bands are auto assigned and may not reflect the true pay band within the organization.*No Recruiters Please
