Roles & Responsibilities
Sales and E-way bills
Preparing sales invoice of domestic and export customers as per the company norms.
Maintaining purchase and expense bills in the respective accounts to manage accounts effectively.
Responsible to prepare the TDS and GST documents and maintain the same.
Responsible for banking transaction and reconciliation of banking transaction.
Releasing the payments to the Import and Export parties as per the requirements.
Managing the petty cash transaction to meet up the daily financial needs of internal transactions.
Checking and verifying the costing and reports to maintain error free accounts.
Making the vendor payment as per the terms and conditions that company followed.
Preparing the import and export documentation and submit on time at respective department.
Maintaining the export incentive and duty drawback.
